There are many things taken for granted until they are gone… health is one of those things. Every time I recover from a head cold (who named this virus a “cold?”) I am amazed that I don’t appreciate my good health more frequently. So I’m making a plan…an appreciate plan of action.
1) Take note of what you have. Department stores take inventory at least twice a year. Should we not take on the same practice?
2) Record consequences of not having. Without knowing the consequences of being without, you won’t know the value of what you have.
3) List ways to conserve that which you appreciate. How do you preserve special things in your life? It’s called TLC (tender loving care).
The Dose is going to live an appreciative life… no taking things for granted… just cherishing all she has. Care to do the same?
