Yesterday was history. Tomorrow a mystery. Today is a gift, that’s why they call it the “present.” 

The Dose is all about being present – living in the present, enjoying the present, and respecting the present… all so that today is not missed, as tomorrow is never a guarantee. Have fun!

As for the yesterdays – I look to the past to reminisce about the notable good times. Also to learn from the past. Those two things bring me “back”’ for a moment in time. 

Regarding the future – specifically the long-term future – that truly is a mystery. But with a hope and a prayer, a potential dream will come true. Have dreams!

Short-term future is something different as it’s not quite today, and certainly not considered our one-year-out-and-beyond timeline. This “future” is the upcoming dinner parties, events, and vacations that we plan for, primp for, and shop for. Having a glance of what is to come may help us get through the not-so-best of days. Have plans!
